Home Cinema Projectors
This is the ultimate way to watch a film or concert. More and more people are realising that they can emulate the movie experience with a projector and screen just like in the local cinema! The quality of the latest projectors is incredible and to achieve the best results we use Runco, Fujitsu and Optoma products.
Screens
To fully compliment a Projector as the method to view your films, it is important that you select a suitable screen. The quality of a projection screen is paramount to retrieve all the detail available from the latest projectors. Screens come in various types and forms: The most obvious with most films now in “Widescreen” is a 16:9 format. The type of material used, along with the tension or flatness of the surface, will affect image quality. The image size and brightness - referred to as 'gain' - are also contributory factors. We favour Screen Research, Stewart and Vutec screens as they bring to life the very accurate images no produced by the latest DLP projectors.
Plasma and LCD Screens
These screens are very flat and stylish. The latest models we have on offer here produce stunning pictures and help you get closer to that cinema experience at home. The range of sizes is quite extensive now - 32” right up to 100 inches. familiar domestic television set. Another up and coming technology offering Television convenience, in a flat elegant style, is LCD TV. Home Cinema – Films and Music
Most people by now have experienced the immense improvement in film quality with DVDs. Add a DVD player/Recorder to the core of any home cinema system i.e. an AV receiver / Amplifier and send the music and pictures to 5.1, 6.1 or even 7.1 channels of realistic surround sound. Denon, Myryad and Marantz make equipment for all levels of installation and at the highest quality whatever the format.
Surround Sound
Surround speakers give you the extra sound effects from a movie soundtrack, TV Drama or concert reproduction. There are speakers for front, side and rear effects which can be discretely hidden in wall or ceiling, but also if you want to make a statement all sorts of shapes and colours are available to match you style & décor.
